The rooms at Truong Thinh near Ben Thanh Market are so cozy and inviting. I loved the comfortable seating area and classic wood fittings. The large balcony offered stunning views of the city and the complimentary toiletries in the private bathroom were a nice touch. Plus, the free Wi-Fi and cable TV were a bonus!

I personally found the private bathroom a bit small. But hey, everyone has different preferences, so others might still enjoy it!

It is clean, perfectly fine hotel and the staff is very, very nice. The location of the venue is marvellous, very close to the bus terminal for the following days journey and other tourist destinations. There's lots of restaurants to choose from, like Royal Saigon Restaurant, set within 10 minutes walk or so. As for me the food is good, and they have lots of meals. All in all they offer nice service;)))

Clean, fine hotel with enthusiastic staff and huge rooms. Big beds, it's own balcony and WiFi in the room. Such great overall experience.

The Mai Kim Loan hotel database provided detailed information about the room options, allowing me to select a room with 3 beds suitable for 3 adults. The room also featured six+ aircon units, ensuring a comfortable temperature throughout our stay. the balcony offered a pleasant outdoor space to relax and enjoy the city view.

The database mentioned that the air-conditioner in the room did not work properly. This was a minor inconvenience, as we had to rely on the multiple aircon units in the room to maintain a comfortable temperature.

The owners are not tech savy, would not accept my online booking with Booked.net, had to pay a bit extra than my online price, simmilar experience with another couple , who were checking out when I arrived. They still recommmeded the place & I do too...

The location was favourable, just a pleasant stroll away from a large marketplace. There was a nice restaurant, a market, and a convenience store next door. - It was surely a comfortable stay for 2 nights.

The hotel is near Ben Thanh Market in District 1. One receptionist was really nice and helpful. That was all. Everything else was terrible.

The owner was not very reasonable to the price Booked.net provided online. She said that Booked.net falsified the price and demanded us to paid twice the amount. The room that we stayed in was rundown and polluted with noises. They did not provided room service the first day while we were there. I have have stayed in numerous hotels for business and leisure purposes in the us and internationally. I have never been treated this bad ever. I was ready to call the police to handle our price issues. I felt taken by the owner. This establishment needs to be investigated and closed down. Please remove this hotel off your website!

I had a great stay at this budget hotel. the location was perfect, right in the center and near Ben Thanh market. the room was spacious and comfortable, with daily clean-ups. the staff was helpful and easy to communicate with. I enjoyed the variety of food items at breakfast. the hotel had a fantastic roof terrace with a nice view. it felt like a home away from home.

The lack of an iron.

This place was pretty decent and quite clean. the staff were really friendly and helpful 🌟. Our room had a mini-bar, a kettle, and a writing table, which was handy.

Polite and helpful front desk staff, spacious and comfortable upgraded room, decent breakfast, very friendly personnel. Great location, kind male receptionist who allowed money exchange, room cleaning without permission was the only minor issue.

The room was spacious, and we had access to free WiFi, also, we enjoyed a nice dinner at Une Journee a Paris, which was only a short walk from the hotel. we had a great experience and didn't have any complaints.

I always stay at this hotel. The staff suggested great dining places on my first visit, which I remember. It has Wi-Fi, a TV, a lift, and AC - everything I need. I keep coming back for a romantic escape. No regrets.
